Forth Inshore and Offshore Group racing
FIG (Forth Inshore Group) is a series of inshore races upto 25 miles in length hosted by the Member Clubs around the Forth and take many different forms. Indeed one of the attractions of the series is the range of venues and courses available throughout the calendar.
FIG (Forth Inshore Group) now has separate Series for the Fast (Div 1)and Slow (Div 2) handicap Divisions and a Cruiser Division (Div 3) and there are 7 events in each of the Series with 5 of these events scheduled on the same day. The remaining events have been designated for the Division 1 or Division 2/3 only.
The FOG (Forth Offshore Group) Series has been suspended temporarily due to the poor turn-outs in recent years and the general lack of interest.
